टैली में किस तरह हम स्टॉक मेन्टेन करते है ?|INVENTORY INFO IN TALLY.ERP9



टैली में किस तरह हम स्टॉक मेन्टेन करते है ? 
स्टोक मतलब  वो समान जो हमारे दुकान या शॉप पर खरीदा या  बेचा जाता हैं |तो जब हम टैली में इनवॉइस बिल की एंट्री करते है तब हमे टैली में स्टॉक की एंट्री भी करनी पडता है और इसके लिए हमे स्टॉक टैली में बनाना पड़ता है जिस प्रकार अकाउंट (लेजर) बनाये थे ठीक उसी प्रकार हमे टैली में स्टोक आइटम बनाना होगा बिना स्टॉक आइटम बनाये टैली में स्टॉक के साथ परचेस नही कर सकते है |

टैली में स्टॉक बनाने के लिए हमे इन्वेंटरी इन्फो में जाना होगा और वहा जाकर सबसे पहले स्टोक ग्रुप फिर यूनिट और अंत में स्टॉक आइटम बनाना होगा 
चलिए देखते है टैली में स्टॉक आइटम्स कैसे बनाये -

सबसे पहले कम्पनी ओपन करिये 

इसके बाद इन्वेंटरी इन्फो में जाकर स्टॉक ग्रुप में स्टॉक क्रिएट कीजिये 
जैसे कंप्यूटर शॉप है तो स्टॉक ग्रुप कुछ इस तरह होंगे 
Computer
keyboard 
mouse
monitor
printer
speaker 
etc..



और इसी तरह किराना स्टोर होने पर
Oil
Rice
Sugar
Pen
Register
etc...

स्टॉक ग्रुप बनने के बाद अब इनको नापने  की यूनिट या इकाई बनानी होगी इसके लिए
इन्वेंटरी इन्फो में जाकर यूनिट में जाकर क्रिएट करना होगा

जैसे-
Computer mouse monitor आदि को हम गिन सकते है तो उसे PCS या Numbers में नाप सकते है |
और इसी तरह Rice , Sugar को Kg में नाप सकते है और oil को ltr में 

और अंत में हमे स्टॉक आइटम बनाना होता है जिन्हें अंडर ग्रुप रखना होता है 

जैसे dell computer, hp computer  सभी कम्पनी  के कंप्यूटर को अंडर Computer ग्रुप में रखना है 
इसी तरह cello pen , Elkos pen सभी pen अंडर पेन के ग्रुप में जायंगे  और इनकी यूनिट pcs या स्टॉक के हिसाब से किलोग्राम या लीटर होगी |
तो इस तरह हम टैली में स्टॉक आइटम क्रिएट कर सकते है स्टॉक आइटम्स  क्रिएट होने के बाद एकाउंटिंग वाउचर में जाकर परचेस और सेल्स वाउचर में एंट्री करनी होती है |
